No refunds or exchanges

16 years and under must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian.

18’s and above must provide ID if they wish to purchase alcohol.

IMPORTANT*** Please do not arrive before 12:30pm for the 1pm show, this is to avoid congestion in the Europa Hotel. Security will turn you away. Doors will strictly only open at 12:30pm.

We have the right to remove anyone who is disruptive or disorderly.

Please respect the premises, the performers/acts and others around you.

We ask at the ‘Meet and Greet/photo opportunity’, with Taylor Swift (tribute act) that there is just one photo taken per group/family/persons that you came with. The act will be limited in time and therefore will not be able to have individual photos taken. Please respect this.

Once you have finished the ‘Meet and Greet’, Security will require that you move swiftly on to avoid congestion in the hotel.

By purchasing a ticket/ticket’s you agree that you understand that there will be loud music and MMM creations do not recommend subjecting children to loud music over a sustained period of time. Hearing protection is advised.

MMM creations do not advise that very young children go. Whilst we don’t recommend this, if you do wish to bring them it is at your own discretion. They can attend as long as they possess a valid ticket to gain entry and there is a responsible adult of 18 and above. (We are only insured for a certain number so every ‘body’ must be accounted for no matter the age, failure to show a valid ticket will most likely mean they will not gain entry until one is purchased). We strongly advise to purchase all tickets in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Should there be a case of one or more of our characters/performers taking ill or unable to perform, MMM creations will replace this character with another but it may not be the same ‘character’ as our website originally stated. When purchasing a ticket/ticket’s you agree and understand that this could happen, the event will still take place and that this does not result in a refund. We will provide a refund of the ticket only if the Taylor Swift tribute act is unable to perform due to circumstance, if we are unable to find a replacement.

If anyone suffers with epilepsy or a light induced condition, we ask that precautionary measures are taken and to attend at your own risk. There will be stage lighting and movement of lighting and some special effects.

MMM creations wants each and every family, friendship groups and individuals to have a fantastic time! This is our favourite season and we have put our ‘ALL’ into it.
