What age is the event for?
Suitable for ages 4+. Both children and parents will be mesmerised.
Is parking available?
Not at the hotel. There are car parks nearby—please allow extra time to park.
How long is the show?
Approximately 50 minutes.
Is there a meet-and-greet?
Yes. A complimentary photo opportunity with FizzWizzPop after the show is included with your ticket.
Can I get a refund?
We operate a no-refund policy, but we’ll do our best to move tickets to another show when possible.

What are the show times?
11:30 am and 2:30 pm.
Is there space for prams?
Yes, pram parking is available outside the event room. Please speak to the door staff.
Is this a seated event?
Yes.
Will there be food and drink?
Not during the show, but the hotel offers food and beverage options for purchase before or after.
